There are some great training courses out there but they are not easy to get to from many places and if there are some really good online courses or other structured programs for doing on your own or remotely, that would be really great. Anyone know of any?</p>

<p dir="auto">Or from almost anywhere else.  I could be wrong but it seems that you have to live in Europe to have access to courses with a classroom experience.</p>
