LNK4099 and QAxContainerd.dll

This bug report:

A workaround is to rebuild the ActiveQt libraries manually:

cd c:\qt\4.4.0\src\activeqt
qmake
nmake

I've done that - then what? I get a vc90.pdb in my
C:\Qt\4.8.5\src\activeqt\container directory, but I'm not sure what to
do with it. I tried copying it to a few places but it made no difference.

LNK4099 can't be suppressed so it's quite irritating -

This is a reports of a query in interest@qt-project.org but I had no luck there.
