Why does the Designer add it's own widgets?

Hi!

I created a window and set a layout. Why does the Designer add "horizontalLayoutWidget" in the generated ui_mainwindow.h. In design-mode i can't see this widget, but the ui creates it and often destroys the layout.

Is there an option to avoid that, so that the designer does not create it at it's own?

Hm...no ideas left? I bet someone must be out there to answer this question. Shalli simply ignore it? But why are the widgets created?
