Procedure entry point_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH could not be located in the QtCored4.dll

Hi all,
When I run the hello.exe from debug directory for the very first project created using qmake, I get the error like Procedure entry point_Z17qt_message_output9QtMsgTypePKc could not be located in the dynamic link library QtCored4.dll, How to fix this problem?
Whether this forum is the suitable one for this? Or suggest me the proper forum for this problem.

Seems that wrong QtCored4.dll is used by you. You should add the "Path/to/your/Qt/bin/dir" to your system's environment variable %PATH%.
BTW, you should use the QtCored4.dll provided by Qt instead of by Qt Creator.

Usually in windows system at c:\Qt\4.8.5\bin
This bin path should be in the Path of windows. -

Where ever you've installed your Qt package.
The exact path for example (for Qt5 - source) would be in <QTDIR>/qtbase/bin or (for precompiled msvc2012 package) <QTDIR>\5.1.0\msvc2012\bin
