Applying a CSS file to my QWidget programatically

Hi! i cannot find a way to apply this style sheet :
http://www.yasinuludag.com/darkorange.stylesheet
to my application other then manually quoting each line and applying by doing somthing like this:

setStyleSheet("QToolTip{"
"border: 1px solid black;"
"background-color: #ffa02f;"
"padding: 1px;"
"border-radius: 3px;"
"opacity: 100;}");
@

There must be an easier way to do this!
any help is appreciated ! (Also i am using a Empty project and am not using the designer )

the only alternative I see is to read the style sheet from a file.
