I've recently started to get in to the Qt environment because of the cross-platform ability. Then I stumble on a thread with this comment:

bq. No, only Clients. I’ve used SOAP under C# and I can say you, you will get headache with WebServices under C++…

As for now I'm about to use Qt with KDSoap.

So is C# much easier to use when it comes to WebServices?

Maybe I will switch over to C# then, since I'm new to WebServices. Then when I'm getting use to it I may try some in Qt as well.

Yep, C# works great with WebServices, at least MS webservices. On the down side, you loose all cross-platform and API-beauty goodness that comes with Qt.

Qt also provides an SOAP API in "QtSolutions repository":http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-solutions/qt-solutions/trees/master/qtsoap.
You may want to check it out before switching ;)
