Qml2puppet missing in qtcreator 2.8.0 ... and cannot build it

Hey,
I am on xubuntu 13.04 64Bit.
I have installed qtcreator 2.8.0 (not via apt-get, since that version is older).
Now I get a message, that qml2puppet is missing.I am supposed to build it myself, but I do not know how. When I go into its source directory and type qmake, I get:

Project ERROR: Unknown module(s) in QT: script quick qml
@How do I get qml2puppet?
