Hello, the files in download page, like "Qt libraries 4.8.5 for Windows (VS 2008, 235 MB)", are already compiled to the platform in description, is just install and use, or is needed run 'configure' and compile with 'nmake' to use?
Just when download the source code of QT is needed to compile?Thanks!

Oh, I found the answer!
If I download the binary packages, like “Qt libraries 4.8.5 for Windows (VS 2008, 235 MB)”, the QT is already built for this platform and is just use.

True. Just remember you need the compiler, too. Visual Studio compiler is not bundled with this package.
