Hi,
I have a lot of applications which are using QX11EmbedWidget and QX11EmbedContainer in Qt 4.8.
After some reading i understood that these functions are not present in Qt 5.x anymore.
I have searched a lot to find the equivalent functions in Qt 5.0 and Qt 5.1 but could not find any.if anybody has already ported such kind of applications please let me know with some references or examples.

AFAIK the implementation will be in "qtx11extras":http://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qtx11extras but I don't know when. You might try to ask on the interest mailing list.
