Qt creator 2.7 trying to deploy application onto generic linux device

Hello everyone!
I am trying to deploy my project on embedded linux device: USOMIQ, Linux am335x-evm 3.2.42 with qt creator 2.7.0 . qt library version is 5.0.2I want to be able to deploy and debug my application using "Start Debugging" button.
When i was trying this with Qt qiuck 2 hello world application, I was able to reach this goal, but with my custom application, there is an error "Remote path not set" in Projects->run->executable on device.I made screenshoots, showing my settings and error message.
