What is the real benefit, provides Qt Creator 2.8 for Python Developers?

The version 2.8 qt creator carries a Python editor. After all what is a developing Python can expect from this new version? For example converting the files *. ui can be done directly? Without the use of utility pyuic4!?

No, it's just an editor with some basic syntax highlighting and 2 default file templates. AFAIK, there is no more functionality there (yet).

That is very likely. Someone seems to be contributing the code, so there will be more :) The Python plugin is actually signed by Digia!
