Mobile Extensions for Qt downaload and Installtion Procedure?

Hi,

I am working on Qt 4.6.3 for symbian and QtMobility 1.0.2. I want to use camera to capture the Image, but in QtMobility 1.0.2 doesn't supports
camera feature. So I want to use Mobile Extensions for Qt.

Please let me know the download and installation procedure for Mobile Extensions for Qt.

QtMobility is Mobile Extensions for Qt. It is just that the camera module was removed for some reason. So if you install newer Qt Mobility 1.1.0 you will find camera module.

QtMobility 1.1 requires Qt 4.7.0 or later. and till now Nokia OVI doesn't support application made in Qt 4.7.0 for some reason.

Please let me know how to use camera in Qt 4.6.3

If targeting for Ovi distribution, the only way out seems to be using Symbian C++ for camera module.

I found probably the "old link ":www.mobedu.org/Qt_for_s60_mobile_extensions.pdf for technology preview of Qt S60 mobility extensions are defined
and these extensions were available through source code.
In this article he is using XQCamera API.

Is it possible to download those API.

Also if someone has sample code for camera in Symbian C++ used in QT.

Not recommended as it was TP and now it has been updated. There is a camera example available for Symbian at Forum Nokia. You will have to adapt it to use with Qt.
