We have already deployed our binaries using this version. Now at this moment we cant afford to retest all those things with new Qt veriosn.

        Thanks!!!!

Qt 4.1 was released in December 2005, before 64-bit Windows became popular (64-bit Windows XP was only released in April 2005). So, there was no incentive to release Qt 4.1 for 64-bit Windows.

Qt 4.2 was released less than a year later, in October 2006. After that, Trolltech stopped developing Qt 4.1.

Your 32-bit application can run on 64-bit Windows, so you don't have to use a 64-bit SDK.

              That's ok :)

There are no 64-bit binaries for Qt 4.8.1, unfortunately. All the 32-bit binaries and source code are here: http://download.qt-project.org/official_releases/qt/4.8/4.8.1/

              You have two options:

Continue using the 32-bit SDK for your 64-bit OS (it will still work)

Download qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.1.zip and compile Qt yourself using a 64-bit compiler. Instructions are here: http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/install-win.html
