Hyperlink data in a QTreeItem

Hello,
I have implemented my own QTreeItem, which shows data in different rows and columns.Now I want to add hyperlink in the third column. The Items in the third column should be shown as hyperlink, which I can click on them and go to the target they reference it on the tree (for example from the third row to the first row).
Can anyone give me some hint, how can I implement it?
