Qt Project date error in articles
-
Hi,
I didn't know where to post this, but I'd like to report that there's an error on the creation date of an article in the Qt Project website.
In the text right after the article title, it says: "Published XX" well, in the comments, the posts have the format "Month dayNumber, Year" but on the articles it states: "DayName dayNumber, Year" I guess it's a small typo on setting the date output format for articles, but it's a bit annoying for me, as I want to see articles of certain months for this year.
Thanks

Should have gone "here":https://qt-project.org/forums/viewforum/5/.
Could you link to an example? I'm not sure what you mean.

@sierdzio: ok thanks,
Here's an example, go to this URL: "Qt Creator 2.8.0 beta released":http://blog.qt.digia.com/blog/2013/05/30/qt-creator-2-8-0-beta-released/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=qt-creator-2-8-0-beta-released
Now, on that post, check the Published date right under the post title.
Can you tell on what month was the post published? the line says: Published Thursday 30, 2013 | by Eike Ziller
As you can see, no month, I guess they were trying to format the date like the comments of the post, i.e. first post: May 30, 2013

Ah I thought you were talking abut wikis. You know I actually had to read the date twice to notice that it is indeed wrong :) Brain is a bitch sometimes.
You are right, the info about the month is missing. I'll notify the web mailing list + I've created an entry in the "bugtracker":https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTWEBSITE-525.

hahaha yeah sometimes the brain can really play some bad tricks on us!
Thanks for helping me out

This has not been fixed by Tero :)
