No Designer in Qt installation

Hello-
I downloaded the following file from qt-project:
QtCreator successfully installed, but when I try to open the Designer Tool on the left side of the application, it is grayed out. Even after creating a project, I am unable to edit the GUI through the designer. Is this not included with the installer?

what kind of a project did you create and did you make sure to have opened .qml files for the Design option?
