It doesn't, just because Botan is written in C++ and I want to use it with Qt.

as far as I can see it is not connected with Qt in any way. To use it, you just need to add it as an external library. Also searching for Botan PGP usage examples is out of the scope of this (Qt) forums. Try reading the "main Botan page":http://botan.randombit.net/ yourself, there is plenty of info.
