How to lock any keyboard-mouse action from the user?

2-3 years ago i have seen in my school a Windows application, which made the admin's screen be shown at all of 10 computers that were on that local network.. Not only show admin's screen but also lock any keyboard-mouse actions from these 10 computers..
So i am curious, is it possible with Qt?

Why not? Look at Qt KIOSK... If you want to do it remotely on other computers you should create some client - server app and install clients on remote computers.
