Qt5 on Android 2.3.6: Fonts are unreadable

Hello there,
has anyone ever tried Qt5 on an Android 2.3.x device? I've build the Qt5 git master last week and tried to port my application. While this worked fine on Android 4.x, I have unreadable fonts on an Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 with Android 2.3.6 :(

some words are: "Packet Train" and the big one on the bottom "ICON".I have no idea what I could change to get readable fonts. First try was changing font/size but nothing changes. Google did not return me any results for this problem.
