Hi, I need to build Qt for Windows, VS2012 32-bit. Why isn't there such a download in the d/l pages, and how can I do it?

There is no download of binaries for your combination because no-one has the volunteered/configured CI system to produce one.
You build can Qt from source using the instructions provided with every download of the Qt source.
