How make correct install Qt4.8.4(MingW) W7 ?

Hello,
I found lots of post and brief on HOW to install the above config but still confuse with it...

So, i DL Mingw440 and Qt4.8.4(MingW) witch are now installing on my C:
I fill the path variable for Ming4.4 as C:\Mingw\bin,
witch path did i fill for Qt4.8.4 -qmake?

Because in C:\Qt\Qt4.8.4 there is 2 qmake.exe : one in the bin folder and other one in qmake folder...

What the starting configure.exe have to do ?
