Hi all
Is there any feature in Qt which helps to create documentation . I want to create documentation for my project's.

No. There is qdoc, but it's considered an internal tool.

Best thing - IMO - is to use doxygen. KDE has created an addon that also enables documentation for QML in doxygen.
