Compiling Phonon Application in Ubunutu 10.10

Hi guys,

Having a massive panic! I can't get my application to compile in Ubuntu 10.10. It works fine in Windows but QT Config is telling me that Phonon or GStreamer aren't installed.

I have used the Synaptic package manager to download all packaged associated with phonon and gstreamer, inc all libraries and executables. and....NOTHING!

Just keep getting error messages saying that the library Phonon/AudioOutput can't be found.

Please please please help me!

Try rebuild your Qt with -phonon and -phonon-backend flags.

Try with sudo apt-get install libphonon-dev
