QSqlRelationalDelegate Won't Work

I couldn't get QSqlRelationalDelegate to work in my own project so I decided to try the "Relational Table Model Example" in the Qt examples and it doesn't work there either. The data from the second table is displayed, but no comboboxes are displayed in the table view. Any idea what I could be doing wrong? I'm using 5.0.1 on Windows 8.

Oh brother...do I feel stupid! I'm going to have to be more diligent with my reading of the docs. I didn't realize that a double-click was required to activate the combobox. Sorry.
