I want to create a class template(.h,.cpp)and adds it to project file. That is when I create a new class, I can select my own class template,like creates a new class (suchas QOwnerClass: public QWidget) from system template.
I think you should bring that question to the qt-creator mailing list. You'll find there Qt Creator's developers/maintainers (this forum is more user oriented)
