Qt4.8.4 in Windows CE6: reconfigure fails

Hi,
I need to create a Qt 4.8.4 application into device running Windows CE6. I am following this guide: http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/4.8/windowsce-customization.html

I was already able to build an example application and run it on the embedded device.
If I run my reconfigure script again I am getting this:
