QtCreator 2.6.2, Visual Studio 2010 Add in 1.2.0 collision

Using QtCreator, I add a Qt Designer Form Class (say histogram, with histogram.h and histogram.cpp), add code to either .show() or .exec() it, and all works well from QtCreator. When I go to VS2010 with the 1.2.0 "add-in", it says it can't open include file "ui_histogram.h". I've tried from qtcreator running qmake and rebuild all, but no joy. The only work around I've found is to delete all the VS2010 stuff from my project (including .vxproj and .sln files and sub-directories) and reloading the project from scratch in VS2010 using the .pro file. Now it miraculously finds the "ui_histogram.h" file.
I've had to do this everytime I added a popup dialog. There must be a better way, or is this a bug?

It is not a bug, it is how qmake works: It has a cross-platform definition of he project (the .pro-file) and creates build system files from that (e.g. Makefiles or visual studio project files).
