Qch for mix of Doxygen and flat Html files

Hi,
I am considering using Qch for a project which has documentation generated by Doxygen and also some flat html files which are updated manually.
Will Qch be able to search both of these at the same time seamlessly or will there be some problems in using a mix of the two.

Try and see. Doxygen supports adding links, and external sites, so it could work.
