How do I add the about box to my Qt5 project?

How do I add the about box to my Qt5 project? Please provide as much detail as possible or at least point me to some good links. I tried Google but couldn't find anything.

There is indeed a default About dialog, see "QApplication::aboutQt()":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/qtwidgets/qapplication.html#aboutQt resp. "QMessageBox::aboutQt()":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/qtwidgets/qmessagebox.html#aboutQt and the "Menus example":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/qtwidgets/mainwindows-menus.html on how to use it (although it should be pretty straight forward).
