Reference the Profile... What does qtbynokia in Twitter (e.g. qtbynokia) mean?

I'm not on Tweeter, so I'm a little confused. I tried googling qtbynokia and got nowhere.

I don't want to join Twitter. I thought maybe qtbynokia was a variation on a theme.
