The X11 release should be compatible and you should be able to build it from source. All final release of Qt 5.0.0 are available "here":http://origin.releases.qt-project.org/qt5/5.0.0/

There are no binary releases for BSD from Qt project. Check the repositories of your BSD flavor, maybe they have binaries there.

You should also be able to grab the source and build them yourself.

Why not specified a version to FreeBSD? It's getting popular.

Basically nobody volunteers to invest the time and energy required to maintain a BSD release, so there is none. There has been no documented interested in the community to maintain Qt on BSD that I am aware of and there seems to be little commercial interest either -- which makes Digia and other companies less likely to jump on this task.

Are there volunteers from the BSD camp that are willing to take on the task? Be aware that this is not a small task! You will most likely need a small team of people to pull this off.
