[Suggestion] Add a list of categories to Forum Home

On the page "Forum Home":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/forums/ , there are all forums listed. In my opinion this page will be even more useful, with a list of forum categories in the first section entitled "Qt forums". The page grows as new forums are opened.

The links should go to the appropriate category overview pages or to section anchors of the Forum Home page.
