From going through the 'init-repository' script, I've got an idea of how to do this, but I'm wondering if there's a write-up, somewhere?
Basically, it looks like I need to:
Mirror the qt5 super
fish out all the submodule names from the init-repository script.
mirror all of those (root under some directory.)
use the --mirror flag in init-repository to point the script to the mirrored locations root.
That sound right?
