Proper DLL's to include when using SVG icons

I've created a Windows application that uses some QIcons with SVG files, and everything is deployed and working properly. My question is about APPDIR/iconengines/qsvgicon.dll and APPDIR/imageformats/qsvg.dll. It seems that only one of these two is actually required to display the icons, but not both. I'm wondering if choosing which to include is arbitrary, or if there is a reason why this is happening. Or should I just include both?
