QDateTimeEdit unexpected behaviour

  • Hello,

I have a problem with QDateTimeEdit:
As soon as the method "setCalendarPopup(true);" is called the behaviour on mouse clicks changes:

While clicking on the border of the widget the date or time increases (dependent, which part has focus).

Does anybody know, on how to disable this feature/bug?!

    Thank you for your help

  • I think call setButtonSymbols(QAbstractSpinBox::NoButtons) could help you

  • Hi Heiko,
please always add to your message the information which version of Qt do you use and on which platform you encounter this problem.

  • Thank you for your reply.

    • rmn: This helps, but then part of the date gets covered by the "CalendarPopup-Button" as obviousely the SpinBoxButtons a layer lower are missing. Looks a bit like a work around.

    • messi: I am using QT 4.8.2 on Windows.
