Is there a tool to convert translations in an Excel spreadsheet to QT Phrase Book format?

Hi there - is there a tool available to convert translations in an Excel spreadsheet to QT Phrase Book format? I have translated strings saved in Excel spreadsheets in a simple format: tag in the first column, English in the next column, translation in the next, with a different language on each worksheet.
I looked at a .qph file opened in Excel, and I suppose I could figure out how to write a macro in Excel to add the necessary xml tags, save as text, and it would open in QT Linguist, though the result might not be optimal. I'm a tech writer helping the SW team get their UI translated, and my programming skills are limited, so a ready-made solution would be great. Thanks!

Ok, I figured this out, and it was easier than I thought. In Excel, just add columns with the xml tags before and after the columns with the English and translated strings, add a few other tags to make it recognizable as a .qph file, get it into text format, delete tabs and paragraph marks, then open in QT Linguist as a Phrase Book. No problem!
