I'm trying to get KDE's GammaRay to run on Windows.
I've been successful with the MinGW version, but it only seems to see Qt applications created with MinGW. So I rebuilt using nmake.

The build succeeded, but whenever I started up, I get the error message that QtCore4.dll is missing. I can't get this away, even by copying the file to the executable, or modifying the paths.

Any hints where I should start looking?
