[bug] Ignore member list alignment

If you ignore multiple members, the columns are not aligned properly in the list of ignored members

one more issue: if I go to my ignore list now, I still see link for the member who has been removed from forum for spamming, of course I get a failure notice if I click on that member link.

Even I noticed this - but I was not sure if the member was removed until I read this post.

chetankjain, Was this user really removed, or only banned? IMHO banned users must shows in lists. And I think this user isn't removed, because his messages wasn't remove.
