I haven't found answer on this quastion yet. The latest version of opensourse QT SDK 1.2.1 and it is no longer updated. But I have read that opensourse QT SDK for Qt 5 is preparing, is it true? And if the answer is "yes", when I will be able to download it?
P.S. Sorry for my english.

Yes.
Qt5 beta2 was released today. I don't know if it includes the upcoming SDK at the moment, I have not yet checked it out. Once it's completed, Qt4 will be included there, too.
If you are or are planning to go commercial, Digia has a Commercial SDK that is actively maintained.

Did anybody tested the new SDK ?

It includes Qt Creator 2.6 and msvs2010 Qt 5 libs, and I don't know why but it doesn't work after installation. I can't create and compile any applications without hard work with settings.
I am not planning to go commercial right now, because opensourse qt is good enough. I hope that there will be new opensourse Qt SDK including: gcc compiler (with normal support of C++11) , debuger, Qt Creator and new 5.0 qt libs.

Ah, so you are on Windows. In that case the biggest problem, (if you are not content with MSVC) is the fact that minGw is not working very well. The support will come for sure, but in fact the compiler is a problem bigger than the actual library. At least that is what I heard - I myself use Linux, and on rare occasions when I need windows, I use MSVC.
