I would like to report a bug, help me find a workaround for now...

Bug reported here: https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-27838
So lets say our screen resolution is 1920x1080...
In our mainwindow we have a listwidget with a minumum width to 800, and a label with a minimum of 500 width.. label and listwidget layouted horizontally... that makes us a minimum of 1300 window.. So we cant resize the window to the half of the screen.. and that's ok..BUT.. Ubuntu has a shortcut to resize the window exactly to the half of the screen... and see what happens:
The first time u hit Windows key+ctrl+left arrow it resizes it to the window's minimum.. which is ok!
the second time it forces it to go and fit the half screen...Video previewing it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=cRmtR0QHIl8

Could you tell me what component should i put in the bug issue?
-
The bug reporting is done on "JIRA":https://bugreports.qt-project.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa
When you have found and reported the bug, it is always helpful to post a link to the bug report here. This allows others to follow to the bug report and vote for it. -
O know i should report bugs there..
but what should i put at the Component/s? -
You mean project? This would be "Qt" I guess.
-
In the link u gave me before.. I click create issue.. a dialog appears to describe the bug etc.. it also asks for the component.. see it..
-
I see. I would probably go for "GUI: Window management", if I understand your issue correctly. In general you should try to get as close as possible. But if it does not fit, it may be probably adjusted by some developer later on. You can also choose several components.

Added to first post :)

I thought that would fix it:
@void MainWindow::resizeEvent(QResizeEvent *e){
QMainWindow::resizeEvent(e);
if(this->width()<this->minimumWidth())
this->resize(this->minimumWidth(),this->height());
}@But it doesn't, video preview:
