I try to build webkit but it gets me this error message:
Error: win_flex missing but required to build webkit
      How to fix it ?

Please give as more information about your build system! VC, MingW, GCC, Linux, Windows, OSX???
Which version of WebKit do you want to build?

Quick answer is: your build environment missing flex libs. You need flex, bison and gperf to build WebKit.
