I have to make a desktop app using QtWebKit run a java applet.

how may I embed specific JRE and customize JRE path in my qt desktop app ?

If I understand the question correctly you should ask Oracle about the licenses that apply to "redistributing a Java run time":http://www.java.com/en/download/faq/distribution.xml.
