Scale icons returned by QIcon::fromTheme.

Hello.
Right now many qt applications like clementine are almost unusable, since
icons are rendered in the wrong size. There is a patch waiting codereview
for almost half a year, but unfortunately it has not been merged yet.Can anybody take care of this?
