    Hi all,
I'm trying to publish an application for N9 in Ovi Store.

Unfortunately it fail the Quality Assurance. The told me via mail:
    @
    Comments from the QA team:
    Failed QA
    SUMMARY: The application closes unexpectedly.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

    1. Download and install the content.
    2. Launch the application.
    3. Go to the application list and select the application icon again.
ACTUAL RESULTS: When tap the icon application a second time the application closes unexpectedly. But the issue is not reproduced on PR1.2 and PR1.3.
EXPECTED RESULTS: The original instance of the application should re-gain focus, and only one instance should be running.
      AFFECTED DEVICES: N9 Firmware: V 20.2011.40-4_PR_001.
FREQUENCY REPRODUCED: 100%. (public, Qa in progress -> Qa failed)

The file failed QA on the following target(s):

    • Device: MeeGo - 854x480 - Nokia N9

    @

The problem is that in my N9 (PR1.3) I haven't that issue.
Is there a way for me to try my app in a N9 PR1.1 so that I can see the output log... ?

      Hi luca,

I had the same thing a while ago. In my case they tested on older versions of the device. So i changed al my imports from 1.1 to 1.0 and the problem was solved. I suppose you are using qml?

Also you could test yourself on "a remote device":http://www.developer.nokia.com/Devices/Remote_device_access/

        Good luck!

          Hi Eddy,
it's as you said. Nokia wrote me that they tested my application on a N9 PR1.1 and they also told me that there isn't the problem in PR1.2 and PR1.3.
They asked me to write in the description the following text:

bq. PR1.2 or newer is required for this application.

Now I'm waiting for the application to be approved...

            That's good news.
What's the name of your app? I might have a look ;-)

My app has finally been accepted !

                  It's "ColourCheck":http://store.ovi.com/content/309907 .
An application that may help colourblind people to find color's name.
Next release I think I'll try to make a better UI but for now it find colors with a sufficient precision.

Ops, for now they only updated the app description but not the packages.
The published version is 1.0 while I submitted to QA the 1.1.1 .

I hope it will be accepted next hours...

My app has been accepted when I added the following text to the descriprion:

bq. PR1.2 or newer is required for this application.
