The problem is that in my N9 (PR1.3) I haven't that issue.
Is there a way for me to try my app in a N9 PR1.1 so that I can see the output log... ? -
Also you could test yourself on "a remote device":http://www.developer.nokia.com/Devices/Remote_device_access/
Good luck!

Hi Eddy,
it's as you said. Nokia wrote me that they tested my application on a N9 PR1.1 and they also told me that there isn't the problem in PR1.2 and PR1.3.
They asked me to write in the description the following text:bq. PR1.2 or newer is required for this application.
Now I'm waiting for the application to be approved...
thats happened to me also, but they didn't told me that was working on a previous PR and struggled me for maybe 2 or 3 weeks :)
I described the problem via mail and they helped.

What's the name of your app? I might have a look ;-)
My app has finally been accepted !
It's "ColourCheck":http://store.ovi.com/content/309907 .
An application that may help colourblind people to find color's name.
Next release I think I'll try to make a better UI but for now it find colors with a sufficient precision.
