I am new to this forum, our developers are not, but then I am not developer. We are company which makes Terminal solution for the automotive industry, and we are working the last few months on QT or development team does.

Yeah, you should try in the jobs section, as sierdzio has adviced. I want to add, that whether you only need a developer and/or a UI designer it really depends on the desired complexity, quality and user base.
