    Hi all.
Today a user of a my app point me to this:

    1. launch web browser and left it in background
    2. Open the app
    3. if you click on any link, the relative page is not opened.

Link in the app, in form of buttons, textual links or images, are all handled with Qt.openUrlExternally("http://thelink"). If the browser is not on background, all works correctly.

Is this a known bug? Any known workaround?

    :)

Uh, no idea, then. You can search on JIRA for any open bugs.

Symbian requires SwEvent capability to send url to running browser. And I am not sure if openUrl handles it right even with right capabilities.

Well, it seems that with this capability, all works fine! Thanks Tomma for the right suggestion :) (as far as I know, this cap is not a problem for the express signing for publishing in nokia store, right? :) )
