I want to capture and log all data transfered across serial port.
I need to capture data from another application, I read a little about "hook"...

Anyone here make something like that...
It's possible?
Any example?!

you can take a look at "qextserialport":http://code.google.com/p/qextserialport/ but I dont know if that library can monitor an already opened connection
