I just updated Persian translation of Qt for 4.8 version.
Seems there is no official repository to request a merge. Or somehow merge requests are closed by developers:

Merge requests are soooo 2010:-)
Please use gerrit on codereview.qt-project.org. How to set this up is "described in the wiki.":http://qt-project.org/wiki/Setting-up-Gerrit
