Embedding a mobile number in a desktop application

I wanted to know if there is any way through which one can have a desktop application in which there is SMS based interaction based on a mobile number which is present in the code. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please clarify your question.

You need to a GSM modem and a SIM card to send SMS. If the computer does not have a GSM modem you can use mobile app to send SMS automatically such as "MoGateway":http://mogateway.anavi.org/ which acts like a email to SMS gateway.
