      You need to describe a bit what you are trying to achieve. Obviously you are trying to run mingw32-make under the command prompt.

      What did you download? What are the steps before?

      Probably you should install Qt SDK, if you haven't. The Qt creator is an IDE allowing you to run the required steps in an ordered fashion.
